Is there any design work you don't cover?
Our focus is on product, UX, UI and web design. Zaubi does not cover 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), illustrations, document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).
Will I own the rights to the designs you create?
Yes, once the design is finalized, you own full rights to it.
Can I send multiple tasks at once?
Yes, you can. But remember, we tackle them one by one. This way, each task gets the full attention it deserves.
How long until my requests are completed?
Usually, we're talking about 48 hours. But it might be longer for some complex tasks. We always prioritize quality.

Can I cancel?

How do I send in my requests?
Just pop your design task into Trello. Add your design task directly there – type it out, link a Google doc, or even drop in a quick video. Think of Trello as our workspace; if you can pin it there, we're on it. And if you're not sure about something, no worries, we’ll guide you on how to set it up.
Can I give feedback or revisions on the tasks?
Absolutely. Feedback is essential to ensure the end result aligns with your vision. We welcome revisions to get things just right.
